Welcome to natureforma.org, the official website operated by Vote Yes for Water and Nature ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, digital toolkits, outreach forms, and online services (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using natureforma.org, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its content—including source code, databases, website designs, text, graphics, logos, images, digital toolkits, and campaign materials (collectively, the "Content")—are owned, controlled, or licensed by the Protect Water and Nature Committee and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Site and download materials explicitly designated for public distribution (such as campaign digital toolkits, printable flyers, and social media graphics) solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational campaign outreach in support of Question 6.
Restrictions: Except as expressly permitted above, no part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
3. User Submissions & Forms
When you submit information through our forms—including pledge forms, volunteer sign-ups, lawn sign requests, speaker requests, coalition endorsements, or media inquiries—you agree that:
Accuracy: All information you submit is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
Appropriate Conduct: You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or infringing on any third party's rights.
Organizational Endorsements: If you submit an endorsement or join our coalition on behalf of an organization, business, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
License to Use: By submitting quotes, comments, or organizational logos for public coalition listings, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to display and use those materials on the Site and in campaign communications.
4. Political Contributions & Disclosures
Online contributions made through links on our Site are processed in strict accordance with Massachusetts state campaign finance laws.
Eligibility: By making a political contribution, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident and that you are making the contribution from your own personal funds.
Disclosures: Campaign finance law requires political committees to collect and publicly report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for individuals whose contributions exceed legal thresholds.
Non-Tax-Deductible: Contributions or gifts to the Protect Water and Nature Committee are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Systematically retrieving data or content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection or database without written permission.
Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to collect information or interact with forms on the Site.
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authority to act on behalf of any person or entity.
Using the Site or campaign assets to promote unauthorized commercial endeavors or false information.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, news articles, partner resources, or external services (such as donation processing portals). Such third-party links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access third-party links at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all Content provided on natureforma.org are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Protect Water and Nature Committee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content on the Site or the content of any websites linked to this Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Protect Water and Nature Committee, its officers, directors, committee members, volunteers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data—arising from your use of the Site or inability to access the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Protect Water and Nature Committee, its campaign leadership, staff, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
11. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site, or these Terms of Use, at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on natureforma.org. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
